When I've first received the wig, the packaging was great! It came with a free gift of an elastic hairband, brush and wig cap. The hair was soft, no smell and easy to wash, the adjustable elastic strap in the wig is a great addition.
The cons to this wig is, it does not hold heat styling well. As an example; curling/straightening it does not hold at all. It falls instantly, even like 2 mins after doing it with a strong hold hairspray at that. That's the worst about it.

Absolutely love this unit. Minimal shedding and full. I wore this wig for 3 weeks so far and I still have no complaints. The color compliments my skin and I get so many praises about it!
