Today I had a conversation with the seller and they took their time to work with me andl this product is a beautiful way it’s soft and it’s beautiful the only issue I had was it was a little too short for 16 inches but all over the hair is beautiful

Hair is very soft and length is accurate. I got four bundles of 32 and it wasn’t enough to make any kind of wig or style. I had to end up getting an additional 26,28,30 and closure from the girl that makes my wigs. Which isn’t bad but don’t think 4 bundles of 32 is enough for any style or install. Soft, light shedding, so far so good.

First of all, thank you for reaching out. I mistakenly ordered the wrong length. I reached out to the agent, I was immediately responded to and my issue was rectified. I received the hair on time. Very beautiful and soft. I will be dying it auburn and will post a picture later. The bonnet and scarf came in handy
